Refund policy

Returns and refunds.

(1) Defective Products. I will accept returns on website purchases within 20 days after delivery arrival. All defective products can be returned for refund or replacement (No cash money can be given) also will be responsible for the return shipping cost and shipping cost. Indi & soak is not liable for postal damage such as water damage or bent items. 

(2) Non-defective Products. Please choose carefully before making a purchase, please read all descriptions on sizing, timer used and make times. Unfortunately I do not accept returns unless the product is in some way faulty.

Please post any returns back within 10 days of when you received the item.
